Serbia’s Koteks places 360-day bond issue

BELGRADE (Serbia), October 19 (SeeNews) – Serbian meat processing company Koteks has placed a 360-day corporate bond issue worth 50 million dinars ($576,770/438,925 euro), the brokerage house in charge of the transaction said on Friday.

Serbia’s Koteks places 360-day bond issue

Koteks has sold 5,000 bonds for 10,000 dinars apiece, equal to their par value, BDD Dunav Stockbroker said in a filing to the Central Securities Depository and Clearing House.

The bonds bear an annual interest rate of 9% and will mature on October 14, 2013.

This is the company first bond issue.
