Serbia’s jobless rate falls to 9% in Q3

The jobless rate in the third quarter remained unchanged compared to the corresponding period of last year, the statistical office said in a data release.

In the July-September period of this year, the unemployment rate stood at 8.5% among men and at 9.6% among women.

The employment rate in Serbia increased to 50.7% in the third quarter, from 50.2% a year earlier.
