Jedinstvo bought 1,000 own shares at 7,000 dinars ($65/60 euro) each on the Belgrade Stock Exchange on February, 20, it said in a brief bourse filing.
The repurchase is part of a company share buyback programme announced in June 2022, according to the statement read.
Jedinstvo's share capital is divided into 232,703 shares of 1,500 dinars in par value each. The shares closed flat at 7,000 dinars on Wednesday.
Jedinstvo's single largest shareholder is its director general, Mica Micic, with a 31.4% stake, followed by other local individuals and companies with stakes of less than 6% each, data from Serbia's central registry of securities showed on Thursday.
Earlier this month, Jedinstvo said its net profit increased to 312.8 million dinars in 2023, from 238.7 million dinars the previous year.
