Serbia's Informatika to pay 2.05 euro/share dividend for 2022

April 21 (SeeNews) - Serbian IT company Informatika [BEL:INFM] decided to distribute a gross dividend of 240 dinars ($2.25/2.05 euro) per share for 2022, compared to 130 dinars per share paid out for 2021, it said on Friday.

The company decided to pay out as dividend a total of 39.24 million dinars out of its profit for 2022, which amounted to 55.49 million dinars, Informatika said in a bourse filing.

The remainder of the net profit in the amount of 16.25 million dinars will remain undistributed.

Informatika's general meeting of shareholders approved the dividend distribution on April 13.

The company's net profit rose to 35.3 million dinars in 2021 from 21.7 million dinars in 2020, according to previously disclosed data.
