October 27 (SeeNews) - Serbian grinding machines manufacturer Grindex plans to start exports to China after entering the markets of Russia and India, the owner of the company, Jovan Bulatovic, said.
"What we are trying to conquer is China's market and, of course, Europe as the last and most difficult market," Bulatovic said in a video file posted on the website of public broadcaster RTS on Thursday.
Grindex already exports to India and sells 25 machines in Russia annually, while the demand for grinding machines on the domestic Serbian market is also growing, Bulatovic said.
The company acquired two factories of car parts maker Livnica Kikinda Automobilska industrija in May 2016 and increased its workforce to 180 employees from 150, RTS said.
Grindex was established in 2003 and produces grinding machines for the precise metal processing of cylindrical surfaces for the automotive and military industries.
