Serbia’s Delta Real Estate to build hotel, offices in 2024

November 27 (SeeNews) - Serbia’s Delta Real Estate, part of Delta Holding, will begin early next year the construction of two office buildings and a hotel in Belgrade, its CEO Angelina Nekic said.

The company also plans to build an office building in Novi Sad, in the north of the country, with construction expected to start by the end of this year, Nekic said, as seen in a video posted by news portal Beogradske.rs last week.

Established in 2004, Delta Real Estate operates in Serbia and the Southeast Europe region with a portfolio of retail, hotel, office buildings and mixed-use properties, according to its LinkedIn profile.
