Serbia's central govt debt falls to 51.9% of GDP at end-August - table

BELGRADE (Serbia), October 8 (SeeNews) - Serbia's central government debt totalled 23.833 billion euro ($26.169 billion) at the end of August, the finance ministry said.

The debt was equivalent to 51.9% of the projected 2019 gross domestic product (GDP), down from 53.8% at the end of 2018, when the central government debt amounted to 23 billion euro, data posted on the finance ministry's website showed on Monday.
