Serbia's building permits rise 8% y/y in Sept

November 15 (SeeNews) - The number of building permits issued in Serbia in September increased by 8% on an annual comparison basis, to 3,113, the statistical office said on Wednesday.

The total estimated value of the planned projects covered by the issued permits increased by 70% year-on-year in September, the statistical office said in a statement.

In August, the number of permits increased by 12% year-on-year, to 2,877, while the estimated value of the projects decreased by 18.7%.

In 2022, the number of building permits issued in Serbia fell by 2.8%.

Details of the percentage changes in the value of construction projects and the number of issued permits follow:
