Serbia's building permits fall 11% y/y in March

The total estimated value of the planned projects covered by the issued permits increased by 36% year-on-year in March, the statistical office said in a statement.

In February, the number of permits increased by 0.6% year-on-year, to 1,797, while the estimated value of the projects decreased by 21%.

In 2023, the number of building permits issued in Serbia rose by 6.4%.
