Serbia's AC Zoki places 360-day corporate bond

November 28 (SeeNews) - Serbian services and trade company Auto Centar Zoki has placed a 360-day corporate bond worth 5.0 million dinars ($57,500/44,400 euro), the brokerage in charge of the transaction said.

The selling price of the 500 bonds of the issue is equal to their par value of 10,000 dinars apiece, BDD Dunav Stockbroker said in a filing with the Central Securities Depository and Clearing House on Tuesday.

The issue bears an annual interest rate of 9.0% and will mature on November 21, 2013.

This is the company’s tenth short-term bond issue. Auto Centar Zoki, based in the northern city of Pancevo, offers services in the field of road transportation.
