BELGRADE (Serbia), December 14 (SeeNews) – Serbian share indices lost ground on Friday in decreased turnover, bourse data indicated.

Serbian share indices retreat

The blue-chip BELEX15 index of the Belgrade Stock Exchange fell 0.50% to 511.87 points after rising 0.74% on Thursday.

The broader BELEXline lost 0.36% to 966.80 points on Friday after increasing 0.56% in the previous trading session.

The joint SRX index of the bourses in Belgrade and Vienna climbed 0.49% in euro terms to 161.44 points after edging up 0.01% on Thursday.

Total turnover decreased to 30.5 million dinars ($350,600/268,100 euro) from 41.5 million dinars on Thursday.

Oil and gas company NIS generated Friday’s largest turnover of 14.9 million dinars. The stock closed 0.67% lower at 745 dinars.

Frozen food producer Frikom led the session gainers, adding 19.2% to 13,000 dinars in a volume of just 10 shares

Lender Cacanska Banka paced the decliners, losing 10.02% to 5,399 dinars, as just four shares changed hands.
