Serbian bourse's BELEX15 rises 0.42%, Energoprojekt surges

March 11 (SeeNews) - The blue-chip BELEX15 index of the Belgrade Stock Exchange closed 0.42% higher at 964.61 points on Monday, supported by gains in civil engineering group Energoprojekt [BEL:ENHL], bourse data showed.

Energoprojekt added 8.06% to 335 dinars in a volume of 572 shares.

At the same time, industrial gases maker Messer Tehnogas [BEL:TGAS] paced the blue-chip decliners, shedding 1.73% to 23,279 dinars.

Insurer Dunav Osiguranje [BEL:DNOS] generated the day's largest turnover. A total of 1,972 Dunav shares changed hands in a turnover of 2.1 million dinars. Dunav closed 3.14% higher at 1,050 dinars.

The broader BELEXline, a free-float market capitalisation weighted index, also rose, closing 0.53% higher at 2,092.50.

Total turnover on the Belgrade bourse fell to 13.5 million dinars ($126,200/115,500 euro) on Monday from 27.5 million dinars on Friday. Trading in Treasury bonds accounted for 983,431 dinars of Monday's turnover.
