October 9 (SeeNews) - Serbia's economy ministry said it is inviting letters of interest in the privatisation of a 75% stake in concrete products maker Betonjerka, based in Sombor, northern Serbia.
The deadline for submitting letters of interest is November 6 and the minimum price is 540,581 euro ($634,469), the ministry said in a notice published on the website of the government's privatisation agency.

The government plans to sell a 70% stake in Betonjerka which it directly owns, plus a 5% stake in the hands of state-run Akcionarski Fond, or a total of 180,079 shares.
The total capital of Betonjerka stands at 1.402 million euro. The company has 50 employees and operates a factory in Sombor, according to the teaser prospect of the company, posted on the website of the Serbian privatisation agency.
