The EU-funded project aims to foster the use of electronic trade between businesses through the introduction of e-services for businesses by creating legal and institutional preconditions for introduction of e-invoicing and e-ordering frameworks, according to the notice published in the Tenders Electronic Daily (TED).
The contracting authority is the European Union, represented by the European Commission.
The intended time of announcing the tender is March 2013.
The funding was provided under EU's Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA).
Serbia joined the EU accession programme in November 2007. The EU has allocated to the country 1.1 billion euro under the IPA programme for the 2007-2012 period.
