October 7 (SeeNews) - Following is a schedule of corporate, economic and political events taking place in or related to Serbia through November 19. New or amended entries are marked (*).

* Wednesday, October 7 – Belgrade: Serbia’s Association of Textile, Footwear, Leather and Confectionery Industries and German Organisation for Technical Cooperation hold a meeting on the state of Serbia’s textile industry amid the global crisis and the sector’s future development. (0900 GMT)

* Wednesday, October 7 – Istanbul (Turkey): The International Monetary Fund and the World Bank wrap up their annual meeting. Serbian Economy Minister Mladjan Dinkic and Central Bank Governor Radovan Jelasic are attending.

Thursday, October 15 – Belgrade: Serbia’s largest Insurer Dunav Osiguranje holds a special shareholders' meeting.

Friday, October 16 – Belgrade: Economist Media Group holds a business round table with the government in Belgrade which will present its 2010 plans. Prime Minister Mirko Cvetkovic to attend.

Thursday, November 5 – Belgrade: Belgrade State Fair hosts the Belgrade Real Expo real estate and investment fair. (to November 7)

Wednesday, November 18 – Frankfurt (Germany): Serbian corporate officials meet their counterparts from the Western Balkans and Germany.

Thursday, November 19 - Belgrade: The Belgrade Stock Exchange holds its eighth Upgrade international conference (to November 20).
