* Friday, November 7 – Belgrade: Serbian Deputy Prime Minister Bozidar Djelic to meet Pierre Mirel, Director for the Western Balkans at the European Commission’s Directorate General for Enlargement. (0900 GMT; media statements at 0945 GMT)

* Friday, November 7 – Belgrade: Serbian cigarette retailer MPC Holding Mercata and Japan Tobacco International (JTI) to sign a five-year exclusive distribution deal for JTI’s brands in Serbia. (1000 GMT)

* Friday, November 7 – Belgrade: The Council for Cooperation between Serbia and Bosnia’s Serb Republic, comprising the two presidents, prime ministers and other government officials, to hold a meeting. (1000 GMT; news conference at 1100 GMT)

* Friday, November 7 – Belgrade: Serbia’s railway company Zeleznice Srbije to sign 23.4 million euro ($30 million) contracts with Austria’s Porr and with Siemens for the upgrade of a railway stretch in the northern province Vojvodina near Belgrade. (1100 GMT)
