* Friday, November 20 – Belgrade: The second day of the eighth Upgrade International Conference held by the Belgrade Stock Exchange.

* Friday, November 20 – Belgrade: The government's Foreign Investment Council unveils proposals for improving Serbia’s investment climate. (0900 GMT)

Friday, November 20 – Belgrade: The central bank, NBS, presents a report on November inflation. (0900 GMT)

* Friday, November 20 – Belgrade: The new head of the Delegation of the European Commission to Serbia, Vincent Degert, and Serbia’s Chamber of Commerce President Milos Bugarin discuss the role of commerce and the chamber in the process of Serbia’s integration into the European Union. Degert and Bugarin will give statements to the media at 1015 GMT.
