Serbia says to sign prelim deal on Corridor XI sections with China's Shandong Hi-Speed Group

December 27 (SeeNews) - Serbia is set to sign on Thursday a preliminary agreement with China's Shandong Hi-Speed Group Co. for the construction of road sections on pan-European transport Corridor XI, the government in Belgrade said.

Construction minister Velimir Ilic will sign the document on behalf of the Serbian side, the government said in a statement on Wednesday.

The deal would cover the construction of the Lajkovac-Ljig and Obrenovac-Ub motorway sections, Ilic told news agency Tanjug earlier this week.
