The government paper, which will mature in April 2020, was redeemed at a yield of 1.80%, the finance ministry said in a statement.

The repurchased T-notes represented 68.8% of the overall targeted redemption volume of 8 billion dinars. The government securities were part of a 100 billion dinars issue of three-year T-notes auctioned on April 3, 2017.
