The new electric vehicles will be used for specialised reception and delivery of post in urban areas, within regional centres and business units across the country, Serbia Post said in a press release last week.

Last year, Serbia Post purchased a total of 31 electric freight vehicles for its Novi Sad unit, in northern Serbia, intended for specialised delivery in the city centre.

Serbia Post booked a record net profit of 3.2 billion dinars ($29.6 million/27.3 million euro) in 2023, up 8% on the previous year.
