- Serbian companies are expected to take part in a tender for the sale of a stake in Luka Bar, the company operating the Montenegrin Adriatic port of Bar, in a bid to gain landlocked Serbia access to the Adriatic coast, Infrastructure Minister Milutin Mrkonjic said. The Montenegrin government offered for sale 54.05% of the port's containerised and general cargo terminal as part of an ongoing corporate restructuring last week, Mrkonjic said. The Montenegrin government has said it plans to launch a tender for the privatisation of Luka Bar by the end of this year.

- The European Union has invested 2.0 billion euro in aid to Serbia over the past nine years, which represents 50% of combined international aid during this period, the Director of Serbia's European Integration Office Milica Delevic said.
