A new facility comprising 9,500 square metres (sq m) of office space and between 900 and 1,000 sq m of laboratories, will be built in the northwestern part of the existing complex, the government said in a press release.

The construction is expected to be completed by October 2025.

In June, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) signed an 80-million euro loan agreement with Serbia, as the funding will go to finance the expansion of the tech parks in the country.
