The average sale price per square metre of new dwellings rose 0.5% on the year to 2,697 marka ($1,471/1,379 euro) in the review period, the Institute of Statistics of the Serb Republic said in a quarterly report on Thursday.
The usable floor area of the new dwellings sold in the third quarter of this year increased by 15.5% in comparison with the same period of 2022.
The number of new dwellings sold in the entity rose 14.2% on the year in the first nine months of this year, while the average sale price per square metre dipped 0.3%.
The Serb Republic is one of two autonomous entities forming Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other one is the Federation.
