November 28 (SeeNews) - The number of new dwellings sold in Bosnia's Federation fell by 6.5% year-on-year to 230 in the third quarter of this year, the entity's statistical office said.
The average sale price per square metre of new dwellings increased by 12.9% on the year to 2,682.80 marka ($1,506/1,372 euro), the statistical office said in a quarterly report last week.
The usable floor area of the new dwellings sold in the in the period from July to September fell by 1.4% in comparison with the same period of 2022.
The Federation is one of two autonomous entities that form Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Serb Republic is the other one.
