May 20 (SeeNews) - The number of new dwellings sold in Bosnia in the first quarter of this year rose by 2.6% year-on-year to 713 ones, the country's statistical office said on Monday.
The average sale price per square metre of the new sold dwellings increased by 17.2% on the year to 2,775 marka ($1,541,/1,419 euro) in the period under review, Bosnia's statistical office said in a quarterly report.
The usable floor area of the new dwellings sold in the period from January to March fell by 1.2% in comparison with the same period of 2023.
The number of new dwellings sold in Bosnia last year rose by 13.3% and the average sale price per square metre of the new sold dwellings increased 6.1% compared to 2022, the same office has said earlier.
