Romania's Visual Fan completes two PV projects

May 30 (SeeNews) - Romanian technology company Visual Fan [BSE:ALW], operating under the Allview brand, said on Thursday that it has completed the development of two solar photovoltaic (PV) plants with a total installed capacity of 741 kWp for two undisclosed companies.

The first solar system, with an installed capacity of 394 kWp, was mounted on the rooftop of a new office building of a Romanian distributor of construction materials in Ilfov county, Visual Fan said in a filing to the Bucharest Stock Exchange, BVB.

The second PV plant, with a power generation capacity of 347 kWp, was installed for a furniture producer in the northern county of Maramures.

The value of the two engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contracts was not disclosed.

Last month, Visual Fan said it wants its Allview Solar Energy division to reach a portfolio of 80 MW of contracted solar projects by the end of the year.

In the first trimester of 2024, Visual Fan booked a net profit of 574,017 lei ($125,192/115,352 euro), down by an annual 12%, on a turnover of 13.5 million lei.

Visual Fan shares traded 4.49% lower at 14.9 lei on the AeRO market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange as at 1041 CET on Thursday.
