Romania's Termoelectrica Seeks Partner for Building New Unit at Its Doicesti Plant

October 30 (SeeNews) - Romania's state-owned thermal power producer Termoelectrica said on Thursday it was seeking an investor to team up with for the construction of a new unit at its Doicesti plant.

The deadline for filing offers for the project was set at 9 a.m. local time (0700 GMT) on December 17, Termoelectrica said in a statement.

Termoelectrica will participate in the partnership with the assets of its Doicesti plant while the investor should provide cash for financing the new production unit, it said.

Company officials were not immediately available to provide details.
