The brokerage house increased the number of Cemacon shares it owns to 16.65 million from 0.94 million, it said in a statement filed with the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
Cemacon has recently raised its share capital by 7.69 million lei ($2.1 million/1.7 million euro) to 8.22 million lei.
Luxembourg-based KJK Fund II SICAV-SIF said earlier on Tuesday it has raised its stake in Cemacon to 38.69% following the capital hike and investment fund SIF Muntenia [BSE:SIF4] has said it increased its stake in the company to 6.1%.
