Romania's SIF Moldova buys back 128,092 own shares

November 26 (SeeNews) - Romania's SIF Moldova [BSE:SIF2] said on Monday that it has repurchased 128,092 own shares in the period November 18-22 at an average price per share of 1.4492 lei ($0.33/0.30 euro).

SIF Moldova paid a total of 185,631 lei for the repurchased shares, the company said in a bourse filing.

As at 14:30 CET on Tuesday, SIF Moldova shares traded 0.33% lower at 1.505 lei on the Bucharest Stock Exchange.

SIF Moldova managed assets worth some 2.25 billion lei at the end of September, with most of its investments in the financial and energy sectors.
