Romania's Rompetrol Rafinare gets interim director general

November 22 (SeeNews) - Sorin Graure has been appointed interim director general of Romania's Rompetrol Rafinare, the oil refining unit of Romania's second-largest oil group Rompetrol [BSE:RRC], the group said on Thursday.

Graure is replacing Arman Kairdenov, who was appointed director general of the Atyray oil refinery, Rompetrol Group said in a statement. Rompetrol Group and Atyrau refinery are both owned by Kazakh state energy company KazMunaiGaz Group.

The reshuffle is part of planned rotation strategy of KazMunai Group. The former director general of Rompetrol Rafinare, Arman Kairdenov, has held this post since 2010.

Kairdenov is alsoRompetrol Group's vice-president.
