Romania's Romcarbon to sell property to Green PC Ambalaje for 0.85 mln euro

BUCHAREST (Romania), December 20 (SeeNews) - Romanian plastics manufacturer Romcarbon [BSE:ROCE] said that it has signed a preliminary agreement to sell a property to waste treatment company Green PC Ambalaje fpr 850,000 euro ($945,000), VAT excluded.

The deadline for finalising the sale is January 31, which can be extended by up to 15 days, Romcarbon said in a bourse filing.

The sale is conditional upon receipt of all necessary documents and approvals.

Earlier this month, Romcarbon signed a preliminary agreement to sell a land plot in Buzau for 1.63 million euro ($1.82 million) to LIDL Romania, where the retail chain intends to build a new store. The sale should be finalised not seller than September 30, 2021, and is conditional upon the receival of all necessary permits for building the store, the company said at the time.
