November 4 (SeeNews) - Romanian closed-end investment fund OTP Green Energy said on Wednesday it hopes to raise between 8.0 million and 17 million lei ($2.7-$5.8 million/1.8-3.9 million euro) in an initial public offering (IPO) of 100% of its capital on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, BVB.
OTP Green Energy on Wednesday offered for sale 40,000 fund units at a price of 202 lei each with an option to raise their number to 85,000, depending on investor interest. The offering will be open for subscription until December 2, the fund said in a statement filed with the BVB.

The IPO, managed by local brokerage Intercapital, will be considered successful if investors subscribe for at least 30,000 fund units worth a combined 6.0 million lei.
The offering will be the second IPO on the BVB this year after closed-end investment fund OTP WiseRO raised 8.9 million lei in an IPO in July. Both funds are managed by OTP Asset Management Romania.
