Romania's Navodari Municipal Bonds To Start Trading on Bucharest Bourse on Sept 21

September 18 (SeeNews) - Municipal bonds worth 20 million lei ($6.9 million/4.7 million euro) issued by the city of Navodari, located in southeastern Romania, will start trading on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, BVB, on September 21, the bourse said on Friday.

The 200,000 bonds with a face value of 100 lei each were issued on July 1 this year and will mature on October 22, 2027, the BVB said in a statement.

The bonds bear an interest rate equal to the six-month Romanian interbank offer rate ROBOR plus a spread of 1.15%.
