The bonds are traded under the ticker LIBRA32E on the BVB's main market, the stock exchange said in a press release.
The bonds have a nominal value of 500 euro each, with a 10-year maturity and a fixed coupon rate of 6.5% per year.
The bond issue comprises 8,524 subordinated, non-convertible, unsecured and euro-denominated bonds, which were sold during a private placement carried out between July 12 and 26.
This is Libra Bank's third ever corporate bond issue. The bank's first bond issue, worth 4.29 million euro, has been trading on the BVB since September 2020, while its second issue, worth 40 million euro, has been trading on the Bucharest bourse since December 2021.
Libra Internet Bank was established in 1996 and served customers in fields such as liberal professions, residential projects and agribusiness. Libra Bank had a network of 54 branches in Romania and 1,027 employees at the end of 2021, according to its website.
The bank is a member of US-based investment group New Century Holdings since 2003.
