April 5 (SeeNews) - Romanian investment company Infinity Capital [BSE:INFINITY] said on Friday it will hold an auction for the sale of its 99.99% stake in Complex Hotelier Dambovita, operator of the Dambovita Hotel in Romania's southern city of Targoviste, at a minimum starting price of 15 million lei ($3.27 million/3.02 million euro.
The open bid auction is scheduled on April 17, Infinity Capital Investments said in a filing to the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
The investment company noted that it is selling its entire holding of 1,754,221 shares in Complex Hotelier Dambovita as a single package. Romanian as well as foreign natural or legal persons can participate in the auction.
In 2022, Complex Hotelier Dambovita booked a net profit of 376,122 lei on a net turnover of 3.9 million lei, according to the most recent data available from the finance ministry.
Infinity Capital Investments shares traded 1.04% lower at 1.9 lei as at 1536 CET on Friday on the Bucharest bourse.
