Romania's Impact plans to cut nominal capital by 90%

December 6 (SeeNews) - Romanian real estate company Impact Developer & Contractor [BSE:IMP] plans to cut its nominal share capital to 19.77 million lei ($5.67 million/4.36 million euro) from 197.87 million lei, it said.

Romania's Impact plans to cut nominal capital by 90%

The reduction will be made by cutting the nominal value of Impact shares to 0.1 lei apiece from 1.0 leu.

The company shareholders will vote on the proposed reduction on December 20, Impact said in a statement filed with the Bucharest bourse on Wednesday.
