The second phase of YUNITY Park, formerly known as Novo Park, involved the construction of a 1,000 sq m urban forest, an outdoor amphitheater with a capacity of 1,500 people, and 2,000 metres of walkways, Genesis Property said in a press release on Thursday.
The company also installed more than 1,000 solar panels atop the roofs of the compound's buildings, which produce some 12% of the energy consumed by the entire office park.
Total investment in transforming YUNITY Park will exceed 50 million euro, with the final delivery set in the third quarter of 2024, Genesis Property added.
Genesis Property has more than 20 years of experience on the Romanian real estate market. The company manages more than 150,000 sq m of office space, where more than 15,000 people work.
