The end-October figure includes 95.3 billion euro in long-term foreign debt, down from 97.5 billion euro at the end of 2021, BNR said in a monthly balance of payments report.
Long-term external debt service ratio ran at 15.6% in October, compared to 17% at end-2021.
Goods and services import cover stood at 4.4 months at end-October, from 4.9 months at end-2021.
The ratio of the BNR’s foreign exchange reserves to short-term external debt by remaining maturity increased to 81.4% at end-October, from 79.4% at end-2021.
