December 3 (SeeNews) - Romanian property restitution fund Fondul Proprietatea [BSE:FP] said that it has repurchased a total of 5,163,180 own shares and equivalent shares of GDRs in the period November 25-29.
The total value of the transactions in the review period was 6.1 million lei ($1.4 million/1.3 million euro), Fondul Proprietatea said in a bourse filing on Monday.
Since the start of the company's tenth share repurchase programme, Fondul Proprietatea has bought back a total of 397,217,956 own shares and equivalent shares of GDRs, for a total of some 431 million lei.
The number of shares left to be repurchased within the tenth buyback programme is 352,782,044.
As at 14:35 CET on Tuesday, Fondul Proprietatea shares traded at 1.195 lei, unchanged from their previous closing price on the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
