November 26 (SeeNews) - Romanian property restitution fund Fondul Proprietatea [BSE:FP] said that it has repurchased a total of 4,824,569 own shares and equivalent shares of GDRs in the period November 18-22.
The total value of the transactions in the review period was some 5.7 million lei ($1.3 million/1.2 million euro), Fondul Proprietatea said in a bourse filing on Monday.
Since the start of the company's tenth share repurchase programme, Fondul Proprietatea has bought back a total of 392,054,776 own shares and equivalent shares of GDRs, for a total of some 425 million lei.
The number of shares left to be repurchased within the tenth buyback programme is 357,945,224.
As at 14:50 CET on Tuesday, Fondul Proprietatea shares traded 0.84% lower at 1.18 lei on the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
