Romania's EximAsig H1 gross written premiums at 17.5 mln lei (3.9 mln euro)

EximAsig has paid some 52,200 lei in gross claims in the first six months, up from 24,800 lei in the same period of 2011, EximAsig said in a statement earlier this week.

The company's share on the financial guarantee insurance segment expanded to 17.6% in the first half of 2012, from 5.7% a year earlier, it added.
