The end-October figure includes 73.964 billion euro in long-term foreign debt, up from 68.2 billion euro at the end of 2018, BNR said in a monthly balance of payments report.
Long-term external debt service ratio fell to 17% at end-October, compared to 22.6% at end-2018.
Goods and services import cover stood at 4.8 months at end-October, from 4.9 months at end-2018.
The ratio of the BNR’s foreign exchange reserves to short-term external debt by remaining maturity increased to 74.8% at end-October, compared to 74.1% at end-2018.
