Romania's Comcereal Olt delists from Bucharest OTC mkt

December 3 (SeeNews) - Romanian grain storage and trading company Comcereal Olt delisted its shares from the Bucharest over-the-counter market RASDAQ as of Monday, the country's capital market regulator, CNVM, said.

Romania's Comcereal Olt delists from Bucharest OTC mkt

CNVM approved last week the decision of Comcereal Olt's shareholders to withdraw the company's shares from the Bucharest bourse, the regulator said in a statement filed to the Bucharest Stock Exchange on Monday.

Comcereal Olt's shareholders took the decision at a meeting held on May 21.
