The centre, located on the motorway linking the capital Bucharest and the town of Pitesti, includes a truck repair facility, a 600-square metre warehouse and an office building, Camion Logistic said in a statement on Friday.
Romanian truck repair company Romtrailer has already rented part of the facility, it added.
Camion Logistic (http://camionlogistic.ro) invested more than 2.0 million euro ($2.6 million) in the acquisition of the land plot and the necessary preparation for construction works.
Some 70% of the construction works' value, worth 11.6 million lei, was financed from EU funds, the company said.
Camion Logistic, set up in 2002, owns another truck service centre in Bucharest.
