Romania's Biofarm to pay additional dividend for 2018

Biofarm will distribute a total of some 9.85 million lei from its reserves as additional dividend for last year, the company said in a bourse filing on Wednesday.

The dividend will be paid on March 25, 2020.

Earlier this year, the company distributed a gross dividend of 0.01 lei per share for 2018.

Biofarm posted a net profit of 38.4 million lei in 2018, up from 36 million lei the year before.

The company's shares closed 0.29% higher at 0.344 lei on the Bucharest Stock Exchange on Wednesday.
