December 5 (SeeNews) - Romania's capital market regulator CNVM said it has approved the withdrawal of local chemical fertiliser producer Azomures [BSE:AZO] from the Bucharest bourse as of December 7.

Romania’s Azomures gets delisting nod

The decision was taken at the request of Azomures, submitted on November 19, the regulator said in a statement posted on the bourse's website on Wednesday.

The delisting of the company was made possible after Azomures indirect holder, Swiss grain and fertiliser trader Ameropa Holding, raised its stake in Azomures to 96.50% from 75.88% following a buyout bid on the Bucharest Stock Exchange in June.
