December 7 (SeeNews) - Romania’s construction output index rose by an annual 3.4% through October, the country's statistics board INS, said on Friday.

Romania's 10-mo construction output index rises 3.4%

The figures are seasonally and working-day adjusted, INS said in a statement.

In October alone, the construction output edged down 0.7% on the month and was 6.0% lower on the year.

Details about the volume of Romania's construction output in October follow (pct change):

Total -0.7 -6.0
Engineering sites -7.7 -13.4
Residential buildings -9.7 -8.3
Non-residential buildings +15.9 +18.4
