The blue-chip BET index of the Bucharest Stock Exchange, BVB [BSE:BVB], fell 0.12% to 4,910.39 points.
The BET-BK index, which tracks the 25 most traded companies on the bourse, including the blue chips and the five regional investment funds, the SIFs, eased 0.02% to 1,022.32 points.
The BET-FI, which tracks the SIFs and property restitution fund Proprietatea, added 0.45% to 24,253.85 points. The composite BET-C index fell 0.15% to 2,700.06 points.
The ROTX index of Romania's 15 most liquid stocks, a joint index of the Bucharest bourse and the Vienna Stock Exchange, lost 0.17% to 9,446.53 points.
BVB's equity turnover grew to 105.6 million lei ($30.4 million/23.4 million euro) from 101.3 million lei on Wednesday, including two block deals worth a combined 94.4 million lei.
Blue chip Fondul Proprietatea closed flat at 0.54 lei in Friday's largest turnover worth 2.5 million lei in regular trading. On the block deals segment, about 173.5 million shares of the fund were traded in one block deal for some 93.6 million lei.
Oil and gas group OMV Petrom [BSE:SNP] was the top blue chip gainer, apreciating 1.34% to 0.4084 lei in turnover worth 909,600 lei.
SIF Oltenia [BSE:SIF5] advanced the most among SIFs. It climbed 1.41% to 1.435 lei in deals worth 578,800 lei.
The BET-XT index, which tracks the 25 most liquid companies on the bourse, gained 0.06% to 463.79 points.
The BET-NG, which includes companies from the energy sector and utilities, increased 0.15% to 599.09 points.
Rasdaq-C, the composite index of the over-the-counter market RASDAQ, edged up 0.23% to 1,465.83 points. The RASDAQ turnover jumped to 277,600 lei from 155,800 lei on Thursday.
