Romanian share indices end in green

The bourse's total equity turnover rose to 50.9 million lei ($14.1 million/11.4 million euro) from 33.1 million lei on Wednesday, boosted by heavy trading in Fondul Proprietatea.

Blue-chip investment fund Fondul Proprietatea [BSE:FP] gained 0.17% to 0.8790 lei in Thursday's largest turnover in regular trading of 29.8 million lei.

Blue-chip gas transmission company Transgaz [BSE:TGN] jumped 6.91% to 253.9 lei in the second-largest turnover, of 4.8 million lei.

Blue-chip oil and gas group OMV Petrom [BSE:SNP] added 4.08% to 0.3851 lei in 3.0 million lei turnover, the day's third largest.

BET-XT is a blue chip index and reflects the price evolution of the most liquid 25 shares traded on the regulated market, including the SIFs, and ROTX tracks Romania's nine most liquid stocks, a joint index of the Bucharest bourse and the Vienna Stock Exchange.
