The project follows Cristian Mercioniu's 30 million euro ($32.8 million) investment in a wool-processing facility in Olt county.

Cristian and Teo Mercioniu have developed and invested in real-estate projects worth more than 100 million euro, according to the press release.

Based in Vienna, iO Partners offers real-estate consultancy services in Romania, Serbia, Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary.
